Privacy Policy
DELYV is a brand of Rakstar Holdings LLC ("DELYV", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use DELYV, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, company or workspace name, and a password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form).
- Your requests and files: the tasks you send, messages, links, documents and other materials you upload, and the deliverables we return.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive limited details such as your plan, the amount, and the last digits of a card, but never your full card number.
- Usage and device information: basic technical data such as your browser, device type, and activity in the app, used to run and secure the service.
- Notification settings: your choices for email, text message and push notifications, including a push subscription if you turn it on.
How we use it
- To create your account, review and complete your requests, and deliver the results.
- To take payment, manage your plan and tokens, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send account and service messages, such as confirmations, updates and delivery notices.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems, and improve how DELYV works.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who can see your work
Your requests and files are kept in your private workspace. The DELYV team members assigned to your work can see what they need to complete it. Before a request is picked up, the details agents can see are limited so that your identity stays private until assignment. We do not use your materials to advertise to you or others.
Service providers we share information with
We share information only as needed to run DELYV, with providers that act on our behalf:
- Stripe for payments.
- Email delivery providers to send account and service emails.
- An SMS gateway to send text messages, only if you provide a phone number and opt in.
- Google Drive for storing files related to your work.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the service.
- AI services: some optional AI-assisted features may be available. If they are turned on, the text you submit to those features may be processed by an AI provider. They are off unless we say otherwise in the app.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case we will make sure the information stays protected.
Cookies and similar technology
We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for things like remembering small preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on our site.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. Completed work is retained for a period after delivery (currently about 12 months) and is then archived. We may keep some records longer where needed for legal, tax, security or dispute reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information, subject to those needs.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access limits so people see only what they need. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you think your account was accessed without permission.
Your choices
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing us or, for many details, in Settings.
- Turn email, text and push notifications on or off in Settings. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
- Ask us to stop using your information for a purpose, where the law gives you that right.
- If you live in a place with specific privacy rights, such as California, you may have additional rights to know, delete and correct your personal information. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
DELYV is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is significant we will tell you, for example by email or in the app, and we will update the date above.
